Anyone on a budget who has shopped for a home knows how stressful it is. The process is time consuming and we were doing it while selling a home in another state. I had used two other Realtors in the early stages of shopping. However, their performance left much to be desired. Then I met “Get it done Matt Gray” 👏 He has provided an above and beyond Realtor experience for us. His communication skills are excellent, his hands on approach is unique. He was physically there to oversee the thorough home inspection and met with the various subs to get bids for the possible repairs. He somehow managed to get his very tall body into our crawl space to give us a First hand report on some issues. He checked on the house for a month until we could take possession.
